I’m Emanuel Vasconcelos, a Frontend and Shopify Developer

I’m a Web Developer from Mexico with over two years of experience. I have a bachelor’s in Computer Systems and I specialize in the world of eCommerce. I also have a bachelor’s in Foreign Languages being a Language Teacher in a previous life.

My story

I started in software development working for a small local startup founded by a high school classmate back in 2017. After working in the language teaching sector for a few years I returned to the world of tech in 2021 and I decided to specialize as a Shopify Developer.

My Journey as a Web Developer

I was fortunate to be hired by Joe Santos Garcia, founder of CodingPhase and 87Lux, in October of 2021. This experience opened the door for me to the world of eCommerce and Shopify development.
Next year, I began working for Luxury Presence, a web design agency specialized in building custom websites for Real Estate Agents. This was a more web design oriented job. I appreciate the opportunity of working with such a big team and learning so much about web design from a development perspective.
In September 2022, I was hired by HunniDev, a web development agency specialized in Shopify development. This has been a wonderful opportunity for me to work in all kinds of different eCommerce and non eCommerce projects. This company has provided me with the most interesting projects I’ve worked on which have also allow me to grow so much as a developer in this last year.
